Obstetrics Center Nova has a close partnership with the gynecologists at the Our Lady’s Hospital, location Oost (OLVG) in which together we strive to provide the best possible care for our pregnant women. Our multidisciplinary consultation gives us the opportunity to seek customized care together with the gynecologist.
Joint care for us means that we work with you to see what is appropriate care specifically for your pregnancy in which your wishes and needs are central. This applies to a healthy pregnancy, but also to women who need extra medical care during pregnancy or delivery. Already during your intake with us we are responsible for making an appropriate ‘care path’ for you together.
In this way, Obstetrics Center Nova offers pregnant women the best of both worlds: the approachability and personal touch of a midwife’s practice – with the option of giving birth under expert supervision at home or in the hospital – and the specialist medical knowledge and guidance of the hospital where needed.
