Midwifery Centre Nova works closely with the gynaecologists of the Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis, location East (OLVG East) where we strive to provide the best possible care for you and your baby. Our multidisciplinary contact enables us to offer customised care in collaboration with the gynaecologist.

To us, collaborative care means that we will involve you in the process of deciding which care is best for your pregnancy. This is the case for healthy, relatively carefree pregnancies as well as pregnancies that need additional medical care during pregnancy or labour. Our responsibility to provide the optimal ‘health care journey’ for you and your baby starts at your intake.

Working together Midwifery Centre NOVA offers pregnant women the best of both worlds: the personal care of a midwifery practice –including the possibility to choose between birth at home or in the hospital– as well as the specialist medical care of the hospital and gynaecologists if necessary.
